This year the Ohio State Buckeyes have another good chance at the College Football Playoffs. They are 3-0. Ohio State started off the season strong with a 77-10 win over an undermatched Bowling Green. They captured their second win of the season against Tulsa in another blowout win beating them 48-3.
The buckeyes beat a 14th ranked Oklahoma in a blowout. Many people questioned the strength of the young Buckeyes and their ability to perform. After beating Oklahoma those questions were soon diminished. A backup Oklahoma quarterback went as far as saying that the Buckeyes had a “basic defense” that was soon to be proven wrong when Ohio State intercepted Oklahoma quarterback Baker Mayfield 2 times. Freshman running back Ohio State looks to improve their record to 4-0 this weekend when they face off against Rutgers. They are now ranked #2 in the nation and have a good chance to make a run at the National Championship.
