Senior Madison Schrader has Ben singing soprano in the Field High School Concert Choir for the past 4 years. In that time, she has had one solo. During her time in the choir, they have performed many different songs, but her favorite would have to be Christmas Fantasy. While the Concert Choir performs at a few different places every year, she would have to say that performing at The Brass Band Concert and the Cavaliers game are her favorite.

Madison realized that she was good at singing when she first auditioned for Concert Choir in 9th grade.

Madi was also in the drama club during her freshman year, where she played an Oompa Loompa in Willy Wonka.

“Music had helped me start off my day right,” expressed Madi. “It’s helped me focus on school and motivate me to be more confident in myself.”

Growing up, she always wanted to become a dance teacher. Now that college is right around the corner, she isn’t quite sure what she wants to do after high school. However, if the opportunity rises, she’d like to do something with music.
